Main Dining Room
With breathtaking views overlooking Saint Stephen’s Green, diners can enjoy the relaxing backdrop of Ireland’s most prestigious park while sampling the finest Contemporary Irish Cuisine from the country’s most celebrated chef. The Main Dining Room is available for exclusive use for private events and can accommodate up to 70 people.
Scott Room and Canapé Lounge
The Scott Room so named as its walls play host to a series of works by the great Irish artist Patrick Scott. This semi-private room is perfect for small private events, accommodating up to 24 people comfortably. Located adjacent to the Canapé Lounge the option of reserving both spaces makes it ideal for pre-dinner drinks and canapés if desired.
Chef’s Table
Featuring a view in to the engine of Thornton’s – the kitchen – through a large round window – designed by the late Arthur Gibney, one of Ireland’s most eminent architect. The Chef’s Table is available for groups from 6 to 8 people and features an 8 Course Surprise Tasting Menu personally guided by Kevin himself.
